 I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Emotionally Focused Therapy (for couples, families, and individuals), Gottman Method Levels 1 & 2, and I will begin my Internal Family Systems (IFS) Level 1 training July 2026. Throughout my career, I have been fortunate to work with individuals, couples, and families with diverse experiences, identities, backgrounds, and mental health concerns.
